看護師の職業性腰痛予防対策の方向性を明らかにするための文献検討を行った。まず、看護基礎教育内容の検討として、看護基礎教育で使用されているテキストの記載内容の分析を行った。23件の「基礎看護学」「基礎看護技術」に関するテキストを対象として、「体位変換」「姿勢の調整」「移動の介助」「移乗の介助」、「ボディメカニクス」に関連する記述を抽出し、内容を分析した。その結果、援助に伴う腰痛の危険性への対処として、「環境の調整」「ボディメカニクスの適切な活用」「スタッフ間の協力」「介護機器の使用」が示されていた。技術の限界や、実践における様々な適用上の問題やその解決方法に関する記述はなく、看護基礎教育においては、原理・原則に則った技術の習得を目的とするためであると考えられた。次に、看護師の職業性腰痛予防を包括的に行うための方向性を明らかにするため、「看護師の職業性腰痛の実態」「看護師の職業性腰痛の関連要因」「看護師の職業性腰痛により引き起こされる問題」に焦点を当てて、国内外の先行研究の検討を行った。文献検討の結果、以下の現状が明らかになった。①看護師の腰痛の大部分は非特異性腰痛であり、多くの者が腰痛を抱えながら就業している。②腰痛の原因として個人要因、環境要因、物理的要因に加え、心理・精神的要因との関連が明らかにされている。③看護師及び看護管理者は腰痛予防の必要性を認識しているが、看護業務の特性上困難であると感じている。④腰痛を発症した看護師の多くは再発・悪化を経験し、欠勤や早期離職を余儀なくされている。以上の結果より、看護師の職業性腰痛に対しては、機器・用具の設置や予防教育だけではなく、人間関係や心理・社会的要因をも含め、職場環境を広義に捉えた環境管理に焦点を当てる必要があることが明らかになった。

The results of literature review and the following status quo are presented.① Most of the nurses have non-specific low back pain, and many of them have low back pain.② The causes of low back pain include personal factors, environmental factors, physical factors, psychological factors, and relationships. 3. Nurses and nursing managers should understand the necessity of low back pain prevention, and the characteristics of nursing work should be difficult. (4) Low back pain and early resignation of nursing staff The above results show that the professional low back pain of nurses is related to the prevention of diseases, the relationship between human beings and psychological factors, and the importance of environmental management.
