Study on architectural theory of Antoni Gaudi on 19th century's catalan thoughts

This a study on architectural theory of Antoni Gaudi i Cornet, 1852 - 1926, a catalan Architect. Gaudi's architectural thoughts are described in his original hand-written notes which is called Manuscrito de Reus. To understand his architectural theory. I compared his several thoughts which is in Manuscrito de Reus with such as an aesthetician Manuel Mila y Fontanls, or an architect Elies Rogent. I fond that the concept of vida and sintesis, core ideas in Gaudi's architecture was influenced by Manuel Mila y Fontanals. Distance and Position was influenced by Elies Rogent.I indentified the theories of aesthetician Manuel Mila y Fontanals, and architect Elies Rogent i Amat as being likely early influences on Gaudi's thinking. Finally I clarify the relationship among Antoni Gaudi's architectural theory and Catalan philosophical genealogy.
