Identification of the molecule which controls lymphangiogenesis and research of the medical treatment method for lymph node metastasis and lymphedema

为了评价淋巴管生成、淋巴结转移、肺转移，我们建立了稳定表达荧光素酶的人肺癌细胞系(A549)。我们检测了肺癌细胞内的信号。我们鉴定了对HIF1a活性有影响的化合物，HIF1a对血管生成和淋巴管生成具有重要作用。我们检测了一些化合物对淋巴管生成的抑制和促进作用。此外，将A549荧光素酶稳定表达细胞导入小鼠体内，我们检测了这些化合物对肿瘤生长、淋巴管生成、淋巴转移、肺转移的影响。

For evaluation of lymphangiogenesis, lymph node metastases, pulmonary metastasis, we established the luciferase stability expression human lung cancer cell line (A549). We examined the intracellular signals in lung cancer cells. We identified the compound which had an influence on the activity of HIF1a which was important to angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. We examined the effects of some compounds on lymphangiogenesis inhibition and promotion. Also, A549 luciferase stability expression cells were transfused into mice and we examined the effects of these compounds on tumor growth, lymphangiogenesis, lymph node metastases, pulmonary metastasis.
