In this study,I analyze about the factor by which the system continued among the Edo shogunate government,feudal domain and communities,by historical records about the second half of national isolation in the Edo period.By this analysis,I would like to improve the essence of the Edo shogunate and domain system anew.The result of analysis,I foresaw the system which pays cost related with information gathering to a community in order to make assistance of a transfer successful contributes to maintenance of the shogunate and domain system.But,on the other hand,it led also to construction of an information network-may be shaken rule organization,transcended the rule domain.
