Change of emperor system by the establishment of Okozoku on the annexation of Korea

本研究旨在探讨大昭府建立后皇帝制度的变迁过程，研究结果表明：1.朝鲜天皇在吞并仪式上并非附庸。在东亚问题上，日本更看重国际法而不是国际关系传统。2.冈州律法的确立方式与皇室相似，皇室立法的基础以失败告终。

This study is aimed at inquiring the changing process of the emperor system by establishment of Okozoku.This study shows that 1.Korean emperor was not a vassal at the annexation ceremony. And Japan valued international law more than tradition of international relationship on the East Asia. 2.The Okozoku law was established by a similar way to the Imperial family, and basis of imperial legislation ended in failure.
