项目摘要

１．The International Society for New Institutional Economics (renamed The Society for Institutional and Organizational Economics from 2015) 19th Annual Conferenceにおいて、労働者の勤怠管理簿を用いた研究の発表を行った（査読あり、ポスター発表）。予想以上の方に自身のポスターまで足を運んで頂き、自身の研究について説明をすることができた。自身の研究の背景にある考え方についての代替案や、研究のラフな部分についての指摘を頂いた。また、ポスター発表であるため、ポスターを眺めている方にその場で英語によって説明し、質疑応答するという作業は、口頭発表や今後さまざまな場面で活きる経験となった。当初の研究計画にあるように、特別研究員DC2の期間において、国内のみならず複数の国際学会において発表することが実現できた。２．『社会経済史学』、第81巻3号への論文掲載。昨年度より取り組んでいた、労働者の勤怠管理簿（「「勤怠表」」）をデータベース化し、雇用契約書（「「志願書」」）データベースと照合し、間接管理の実態や、労働者の入職経路と配属組織を明らかにした研究が『社会経済史学』に2015年11月刊行号に掲載された。匿名査読者の先生に度々ご指摘を頂き、自身が発表したいものと、またその発表のために必要な情報も合わせ、ひとつの論文にすることが可能となった。３．博士学位取得　４．まとめ：研究計画に記したように、炭鉱における労働組織の漸次的な変遷について、技術条件と情報構造と労働組織の相互作用によって説明を与え、更にそれを一次史料を用いた帰納的分析をして検証し、変遷過程を明らかにすることが大きく進んだと感じている。
