本研究の第1目的は、障害者雇用企業の経済経営的な成果と社会貢献な成果を総合的かつ定量的に測定可能な評価ツールを開発することである。また、開発された評価ツールを用いて、日本と韓国における障害者雇用企業の成果を評価し、企業の障害者雇用を維持及び改善していくための課題を明らかにする。その内容を踏まえて、企業経営を考慮した障害者雇用促進モデルを提案することを第2の目的とする。そこで、平成27年度には、障害者雇用企業の成果評価ツールを開発した。平成28年度には、開発したツールを用いて障害者雇用企業の評価し、障害者雇用を維持及び改善していくための課題を明らかにする。また、研究成果を学会発表及び論文として国内外の学術雑誌に投稿し、企業経営を考慮した障害者雇用促進モデルを構築するための課題を明らかにすることを目的とした。以上の研究目的に基づいて第1に、平成27年度の研究成果を踏まえ障害者雇用企業の社会貢献成果評価尺度（試案）の信頼性と構造概念妥当性を検証し、障害者雇用企業の社会貢献成果を総合的かつ定量的に評価するための尺度を開発した。また、開発された尺度の内容については学会発表及び論文として国内外の学術雑誌に投稿し今後の課題を明らかにした。第2に、開発された障害者雇用企業の社会貢献成果評価尺度に基づいて、実際に日本と韓国における障害者雇用企業の社会貢献的な成果を定量的に評価し、今後の障害者雇用を促進するためのマネジメントに関する課題を示した。第3に、平成27年度の研究により開発した障害者雇用企業の経済経営評価指標の限界に基づいて指標を充実させるために、新たにダイバーシティ経営の観点を取り入れ、障害者雇用が企業経営全般に及ぼす影響について分析した。その結果に基づいて障害者雇用のマネジメントシステムについて提案した。以上のような研究成果については論文として国内外の学術雑誌に投稿した。
