项目摘要

複雑な社会現象の分析に関して，幅広く積極的に研究に取り組んだ．まず，徴発物件データに記載されている過去の地理空間情報と現在の地理空間情報を統合したデータベースを構築し，さらに幕末期の古典籍データから政治的トピックに関するテキストをデータ化し，これらの歴史的資料を用いて分析を行った．現代の社会現象と比較して議論をする必要が生じたため，携帯電話位置情報データを用いて，現代社会における人々の日々の活動度についての分析も行った．人々の移動速度の分布から活動度を把握する手法の開発，2016年熊本大震災を事例として災害発生時における人間活動の変化の特性，日中内の生活の速さやリズムが田舎と都会でどう異なるかについて考察した．さらに，社会現象は都市のインフラや施設と関係する側面もあることに注目し，電話帳データを活用して2012年から2017年における鳥取県内の文化施設数の増加率を統計分析して，意図的に文化産業を増やすことが地方政策に有益であるかについても考察した．さらに，今後は鳥取のように，人口は過疎であっても文化振興を積極的に行う地域のケースをリサーチし，さらにアクティビティが高い地域においてはその他の産業がどのように影響を及ぼしあっているかなど，人間の活動データや携帯電話における基地局やスマートフォンアプリから得られるGISデータなどを使い，さらに人の動きと文化振興に関してどのような動向が見られるかデータ分析の観点から詳細に考察をしていきたい．また，本年度は群馬大学への就職が決まり，特別研究員PDを中途辞退することとなった．そのため，特別研究員PDとしての研究は終了せざる得なくなったが引き続きデータベース化した内容も含め研究を継続する予定である．
