项目摘要

28年度は、前年度にアルジェリアでの調査を優先し実現しなかった、仏での文献資料調査を含む以下の課題に取り組んだ。(1)仏統治下の女子教育と職人育成に関する調査：仏国立図書館及び公文書館での調査を通じて、1930年代から50年代までの仏統治下アルジェリアの「ムスリム女子」を対象とした教育と職業訓練に関する植民地政府側の見解と、労働者見本市/植民地博覧会が手工芸職人の育成促進に及ぼした作用を検討した。その上で、仏統治時代からアルジェのカスバ地区で女性の手工芸技術育成に従事してきたカトリック共同体の活動事例を基に、現代アルジェリアのポストコロニアル的状況の中で外部者が果たす役割と制約について考察分析の上口頭発表を行った。(2)内職(有償家内労働)と従事者に関する統計実践及び法制化の分析：大半が無認可で行われ実態把握が困難であると指摘されてきた内職の活動形態と従事者の傾向が、1970年代以降の公式統計上可視化される過程と、関連法の整備により法制化される過程を概観し、双方の矛盾点を検討のうえ論文にまとめた(審査中)。(3)教育、職業訓練分野における女性組織の機能に関する分析：アルジェ都市部で10年以上の活動歴を有する女性支援団体を比較対象に、活動内容、運営体制及び代表女性とスタッフ/参加者の力関係、外部資金援助の各側面から女性組織の役割と脆弱性の双方について考察分析の上、口頭発表を行った。(4)自宅を主な活動拠点とする女性零細事業主の商戦術と世帯内の関係性に関する分析：自宅での活動を通じて稼得機会を創出する女性事業主の法的立場及び販路の流動性と、家計支出への参加や技術習得を交渉手段として世帯内の関係性に生じる変化を分析の上、口頭発表を行った。以上の課題に取り組む一方で、仏での文献資料調査と27年度のフィールド調査成果の活用を優先させるため、予定していたアルジェでの捕捉調査は延期することとした。

The above topics are selected from the group of 27 years of literature data survey, the use of the results of the survey is prioritized, and the capture survey is postponed.
