大学のライセンスを使った技術移転状況の指標化

ModelUnitTT项目旨在调查技术、组织和机构层面的因素，这些因素会影响通过许可证方式实现大学转移的成功。本研究试图阐明影响大学许可证发放效率的因素，并建立了影响大学许可证发放的因素模型和相关指标，并已发布了第一个版本。为了完善上述模型，该项目查明了缺失的数据和链接，找到了解决办法，并在研究员与技术转让办公室（TTO）以及其他相关利益攸关方。此外，还开发了一个微观层面的数据库，将先前计划之外的数据连接起来，并在一系列分析中研究了这些因素，以验证模型的因素，发表了几篇考虑到个人层面、组织层面和机构层面的文章。对TTO工作人员、专家、政府官员和专利局进行了约50次访谈。

The project ModelUnitTT aimed to investigate the technology, organizational and institutional level factor influencing the success of university transfer via licensing. The project attempted to elucidate how selected factors are contributing to the efficiency of the university licensing.A model of factors influencing university licensing and related indicator has been developed and its first version has been published.In order to refine the above mentioned model, the project has identified missing data and links and found solutions thereof as well as made suggestions in their regard both during fellow’s consultations with Technology Transfer Office (TTO) as well as to the other relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, a micro-level database has been developed connecting also data beyond previously planned one and the factors have been researched in a string of analysis in order to validate the models’ factors.Several articles considering the individual level, organizational level and institutional level were published. Approximately 50 interviews were conducted with TTO staff, experts, government officials and patent offices.
