最終年度である平成30年度では、本研究のもう一つのテーマである世界建築家連合（以下UIA）とソ連建築界の交流に注力した研究を行い、その成果をまとめたものを学術誌で発表することができた。具体的には、UIA設立（1948年）に至るまでのソ連建築界のこの機関に対するアプローチ、及びこの機関の立役者との交流をたどる目的で文献調査を行い、同時期のソ連建築界の潮流に関する資料から、UIAとソ連建築界が共同で企画した第5回UIA国際会議（於モスクワ、1958年）がソ連建築界にとってどのような意義を有していたのかという点を究明した。UIAとソ連建築界の交流に関しては、初年度及び二年目で収集したアーカイブ（RGALI:ロシア国立文芸アーカイブ、PGASPI:ロシア国立社会経済史アーカイブ、GARF:ロシア連邦国立アーカイブ）資料を用い、ソ連建築界の潮流に関しては当時の建築雑誌（『建築のソ連』、『モスクワの建築と建設』）を基にして、ソ連建築界のこの機関に対する姿勢及び参加経緯を把握した。この第5回UIA会議で議題の一つとなっていた住居建築に着目し、第二次世界大戦前後からソ連の住居建築における大量生産型住居の設計及び工法の導入経緯、特に先行研究ではあまり扱われてこなかった設計の規格化が住居建築で取り入れられる経緯を上記アーカイブ資料から把握した。この国際会議に関するソ連側の報告書の分析から、UIAとソ連建築界の交流がソ連建築界にとって異質な資本主義圏の建築を直に触れ、イデオロギー的対立から離れた意見交換のできる場を構築するためのものであったことが明らかとなった。上記学術成果から三年間に及ぶ研究課題を遂行できたと考える。また今年度の研究から得られた成果を基に、第二次世界大戦後のソ連建築界における住居建築、特に集合住宅（アパート）を対象とした次なる研究テーマに繋げることができた。

The final year of this study is the 30th year of the World Union of Architects (hereinafter UIA), which focuses on the exchange of architectural research and achievements. The construction industry of heterogeneous capitalism is directly connected with the exchange of views. On the academic achievements of the three years and research topics carried out This year's research results are based on the second world conference on housing construction, residential housing and residential housing.
