项目摘要

本年度は研究第３年度にあたり、本邦（名古屋大学）、中国(四川医科大学、昆明中医学院）、韓国（Inchon大学、成均館大学/Samsung Medical Center)等の各国大学より倫理委員会にコホート研究の成績を回収し始めた。具体的な患者さんお住所は中国・四川省成都地域及び韓国・ソウル及び近各々の近郊の長寿地区、本邦愛知県名古屋市、春日井市、一宮市、三重県四日市市等である。自立後期高齢女性を対象とし、計600名程度の協力者を確保しつつある。I)初回、被験者の各種調査内容を認可研究費の元に再度検討し初回は、長寿者を含む後期高齢症例に以下を診た。問診等1) HRT（ホルモン補充療法,漢方薬や一部骨粗鬆症薬での治療も参考調査する）及び各生活習慣病治療状況(種類,服薬内容,期間) 2)病名,合併症,悪性腫瘍,血栓性疾患，精神疾患(含認知症)の家族歴 3)上記1)以外の併存疾患治療内容 4)QOLの希望,living will 5)ADL等高齢者総合機能評価。II)診察,採血等は基礎指標値として 1)身長,体重,腹囲,血圧,血液脂質値等の生化学検査値,2)SNPと一部検査(NOx等)は中国以外は申請者が収集し集中解析している。2020年2月に申請者が韓国に訪問、研究状況を確認するまではほぼ順調であった。しかし、2月以降はcorona virus感染の拡大傾向を認めた韓国、中国では研究成績の収集が不可能となり、海外協力研究者らも感染対応したでの診療に追われ、e-mailでの相互連絡以外は難しく、これも従来より数倍の時間を要すお様になり、その前提で計画の実施遅延に伴う計画変更を行なっている。

This year marks the beginning of a review of the results of the Ethics Committee of universities in Japan (Nagoya University), China (Sichuan Medical University, Kunming College of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Korea (Inchon University, Sungkyunkwan University/Samsung Medical Center). II) Diagnosis, blood sampling, etc. Basic index values 1) Biochemical evaluation of body length, weight, abdomen, blood pressure, blood lipid values, etc. 2)SNP and partial evaluation (NOx, etc.) outside China In February 2020, applicants will visit South Korea and confirm their research status. A large tendency to reduce corona virus infection since February has been recognized in South Korea and China, and it is impossible to collect research results. Overseas collaborative researchers have not been able to respond to infection, but they have been able to track down diagnosis and treatment. It is difficult to communicate with each other by e-mail. It is necessary to delay the implementation of the prerequisite plan.
