项目摘要

本申請課題では，防衛的悲観主義(DP)をはじめとする4つの認知的方略が個人の適応に影響するメカニズムをモデル化し，不適応に繋がる真の悲観主義(RP)や非現実的楽観主義(UO)を使用する個人に適切な方略の学習を促す介入プログラムを提案・検証することを目的としていた。第2年度においてUOが維持されるメカニズムに関する実験を行ったものの，予測とは異なる結果が得られ，異なる観点からの検証が必要と考えられた。そこで第3年度では，RP者およびUO者に対する介入手法の提案につなげるため，計算論的アプローチを用いた報酬/罰感受性に関する実験を行うことを予定していた。本年度は，主に計算論的アプローチを適用するための実験プログラムの準備と，そのプログラムを用いた認知的方略と報酬/罰感受性の関連に関する予備実験を行った。報酬/罰感受性については，尺度による測定と，実験での行動データに基づく報酬/罰の学習しやすさのパラメータ推定の2つの手法を採用した。当初，RP者は報酬を感じにくく罰を感じやすい，UO者はその逆のパターンであると予測していた。結果として，尺度による測定において，RP者は罰感受性が高く，UO者は低いことが明らかになった。報酬感受性については，RP者やUO者に特徴的なパターンは認められなかった。また，行動データから推定された報酬や罰の学習しやすさにおいても，RP者やUO者と他の認知的方略群との間に明確な差異は認められなかった。RPやUOが維持されるメカニズム，および彼らに対する有効な介入手法については，今後もさらなる検証が必要であるが，本申請課題を通して，認知的方略に関する知見の蓄積に関する一定の成果を得られたと考える。

RP and UO are maintained in the past, and there are some intervention methods for them. In the future, it is necessary to verify them. The subject of this application is to pass through the strategy of cognition, and to accumulate certain achievements.
