今年度は感情を含む他者視線に社交不安傾向がもたらす認知バイアスを中心に研究しその成果を論文にまとめた．具体的にはモーフィング技術を用いて画像を加工することで幸せから嫌悪まで表情をパラメトリックに変化させた感情を含む他者視線画像を呈示したときに抱く印象に，社交不安傾向があたえる影響について行動実験により調査した．その結果，高社交不安傾向者はあいまいな幸せの表情から明確な嫌悪の表情にかけて，低社交不安傾向者はあいまいな嫌悪の表情から明確な嫌悪の表情にかけてネガティブな印象を抱くことが明らかとなった．このことから，他者視線に含まれる感情があいまいであるとき，高社交不安傾向者は不安を増長し，否定的な解釈をすることでネガティブな印象を抱く可能性が示唆される．以上のことをまとめた論文が国際雑誌に掲載された．また，上述の刺激に対する事象関連電位の測定を行い，他者視線に抱いた印象と事象関連電位の関係性を調査したが，関係性は見られなかった．そこで，実験手続きを見直し，従来の解析手法とは異なる手法を用いて解析を行なった．さらに，うつや不安障害の治療に一定の効果がみられるマインドフルネス瞑想を取り入れ，他者視線の印象を判断する他者視線印象判断課題を行なった後，１週間マインドフルネス瞑想に取り組んだ瞑想群と，日常生活を過ごした統制群を設け，瞑想期間の前後で他者視線に抱いた印象と事象関連電位の関係性を比較した．その結果，明確な幸せな表情に対する前頭部（Fz）における事象関連電位P２の振幅がネガティブな印象が減少するほど減少した．このような効果が，統制群には見られないことを明らかにした．以上より，他者視線観察時の前頭部（Fz）における事象関連電位P２は課題③「社交不安傾向者が抱く脅威を評価するバイオマーカー」として提案できる可能性が示唆された．なお，この成果に基づいた論文を現在投稿準備中である．
