Zellspezifische Funktionen des Transkriptionsregulators YB-1 bei derExpression des Chemokins RANTES werden mittels konditionaler Deletion in Mausmodellen dervaskulären Entzündung und Ischämie/Reperfusion untersucht. Dies wird durch lentiviralen knockdownund Antikörperblockade zur Differenzierung der Effekte von RANTES und sezerniertem YB-1 sowie durch weiter führende Promotor- und Translationsanalysen und die Suche nach YB-1 Interaktionspartnernergänzt.
