项目摘要

最近世界中で大きな話題になっている格差問題について論じる際、ある一時点において社会経済的地位の格差がどれだけあるかは言うまでもなく非常に重要であるが、世代間における社会経済的地位の相関がどれだけ高く、社会経済的地位の格差がどの程度代々継承されるかも同じくらい重要であり、研究に値する。なぜならば、スタート時点において人々が平等であることが望ましく、スタート時点においてすでに大きな社会経済的地位の格差があることは望ましくないからである。これまでの研究では、世代間における社会経済的地位の相関が強く、社会経済的地位が代々継承される傾向にあることが示されている。しかし、親から子への世代間移転（親から子への教育投資や遺産、生前贈与など）が、世代間の社会経済的地位および格差の継承にどの程度貢献しているのかは明確にされていない。そのため、本研究の目的は、親から子への様々な形の世代間移転が、世代間の社会経済的地位の継承、またそれに伴う格差の継承にどの程度貢献しているのかを、日本などからの個票データを分析することによって明らかにし、格差を軽減するための政策提言を行うことである。本研究の貢献は、（1）世代間の社会経済的地位および格差の継承における世代間移転の役割について検証している点、（2）親から子への移転を網羅的に捉え、様々な形の世代間移転を考慮している点、（3）国際比較を行っている点、（4）経済学的な観点から分析を行っている点である。当該年度においては、本研究の目的・研究計画に沿った複数の研究を平行して進め、多くの研究成果を挙げ、近年急増している住宅ローンの家計の資産蓄積行動に与える影響、高齢者の資産蓄積行動、ライフ・サイクル仮説の妥当性などに関する大変興味深い分析結果を数々得た。詳細については、下記の「現在までの進捗状況」および「今後の研究の推進方策」を参照されたい。

Recently, in the world, the status difference of social economy is very important. The relationship between social economy status and generations is very important. The social economy status difference is very important. The difference in social status between the two groups of people is not only the difference between the two groups of people, but also the difference between the two groups of people. This study is based on the correlation between social status and generational status. The status of the social system between generations and the degree of contribution to the social system between generations are clearly defined. The purpose of this study is to analyze the intergenerational shift in the shape of children, the status of social development between generations, the degree of contribution to the social development of different generations, and the policy recommendations for reducing social development between generations. The contributions of this study are as follows: (1) the identification of intergenerational shifts in social status,(2) the identification of intergenerational shifts in social status,(3) international comparisons, and (4) economic analysis. In the current year, the objectives of this research project have been developed in parallel with a number of studies, and the results of many studies have been reviewed. In recent years, the impact of asset accumulation actions on housing and household planning has increased rapidly. The results of this analysis are significant and interesting.
