项目摘要

滋賀医大小児科・精神科、その他関連機関において6～18歳の初再診患者を対象に5年間前向追跡調査を継続中である。研究代表者らが開発した双方向性Webシステム「子どもの精神病リスク早期スクリーニング・システム CPSS」（臨床側から入力されたCBCLのデータを利用してサーバ内で精神病発症リスク％を計算し、臨床にリスク％を提示するシステム、特許第6466548）を、小児科・精神科臨床にて運用しデータ回収を行った。双方向性Webシステム内にはこれまでに臨床で回収したデータ（visit1～visit3）が集積されている。これまでに回収したデータ解析の結果、CPSSは十分な統合失調症スペクトラム障害の判別能を持ち、且つ、神経発達障害（自閉症スペクトラム障害、注意欠如・多動性障害）と統合失調症スペクトラム障害との鑑別に役立つことが確認された。また、CPSSリスク％のカットオフ値を明らかにすることができた。さらに、小児科患者群のなかにも一定数のリスク群が存在することが確認され、小児科臨床において精神病リスク早期同定のためにCPSSを適用できる可能性が示唆された。これらの結果をまとめ、当該年度はEPA国際学会などで研究発表を行った。
