项目摘要

本研究の目的は、communicative musicalityに焦点を当て、重度認知症高齢者と介護者の同期現象（シンクロナイぜーション）を引き起こす要因を解明することである。令和3年度に引き続き令和4年度においても、新型コロナウィルス感染症の収束が見えず、実践現場に介入することができない状況が続いた。そのため実践現場からのデータ収集ができない状況が続き、公開されている認知症高齢者と音楽活動の動画から、音楽要素の分析、および高齢者と介護者双方の動作のタイミングを視点に分析を実施した。分析を進める中では、特に、言語的なコミュニケーションが非常に少ない交流の中での非言語的（顔の表情や手指、足の動きなど）な要素の評価が必要であることが示唆された。その結果、全人的な観点から重度認知症高齢者の音楽参加への評価スケールだけでなく、音楽介入する者と日頃から介護に携わる介護者の両者の相互作用の評価の必要性が生じることとなった。
