项目摘要

本研究は、オスマン帝国において近代的な社会保障システムとしての年金制度が、いつから、どのような形で整備されていったのか、また、それがトルコ共和国にどのように継承されたのか、さらに、こうした制度が人々の生活にどのような影響を及ぼしたのかについて、オスマン帝国・トルコ共和国の公文書と公営・私営企業が所蔵する一次史料、新聞・雑誌等を手掛かりに考察し、イスラーム社会における社会保障のあり方、オスマン帝国末期からトルコ共和国初期の社会の実像、具体的には家族や就業のあり様といった人々のくらしの実態を明らかにしようと試みるものである。同時にオスマン帝国とトルコ共和国の連続性に関する議論に社会史的観点から新たな見解を提示することを目標とする。令和４年度は、長期間の海外調査が行えなかったため、トルコ共和国大統領府オスマン朝公文書館における史料調査に重点を置き、オスマン帝国における年金制度や社会福祉関係の文書の中から時代の古いものを優先的に閲覧し、有用と思われる多くの文書をCDに収録した。特に年金制度のルーツを明らかにするため、16世紀までさかのぼって様々な史料の中から関連する文書を抽出した。また19世紀末から20世紀初頭の年金制度の運用の実態についての文書も収集した。さらに膨大な数に及ぶため収集・データベース化・分析に相当な時間を要する年金授与文書について、カタログから優先度の高い文書を選び画像を取得した。

This study focuses on the influence of modern social protection system on people's life in China. The official documents of the Republic, public and private enterprises, historical materials, news and records, etc., are hand-hung to investigate the social situation of social protection, the social situation of the early period of the Republic, the specific family employment, the situation of the people, the situation of the people, etc. At the same time, the relationship between the empire and the republic is discussed. In 2004, overseas research was conducted for a long time, and the historical materials of the Grand Governor's Office of the Republic were collected in the Public Library. The key points of historical research were set in the pension system of the Empire and the documents concerning social welfare relations. The ancient books of the era were read first and many documents were recorded on CD. The history of the 16th century is closely related to the history of the Annuity System. From the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century, the pension system was used in practice. In addition, the number of expansion and reduction of collection, analysis and analysis of the corresponding time, the annual grant of documents, the priority of documents, and the selection of portraits are obtained.
