本年度も前年度に引き続く形で、先行研究（トヨタ生産方式による医療現場教育の標準化とカイゼン効果の研究（課題番号16K16418、2016年度若手研究（B）））の展開を踏まえた上で、研究を行った。前年度では、画像による動作分析データ収集の手法開発の段階で、諸外国において展開されているmedical photographyへ応用するアイディアが生まれたため、本邦に非体系的、散発的、個別的に展開されているmedical photograpyの現状と、諸外国の現状に関して調査を開始した。その結果、診療記録としての画像は従前より収集・記録され、研究及び教育で提示はされているものの、そのデータを2次利用するかたちで、本研究のように動作分析を行ったり、カイゼンを行ったりされている例は、極僅かであることがわかった。そのような現状から、上記のような目的を前提とした記録方法、記録機器の開発や現場スタッフのコンセンサス、患者およびその家族への理解の醸成が未だ不十分であり、今後そういった課題に対して取り組んでいく必要性が顕在化した。先行研究で行ってきた手法のもとで、データの収集は行ってきたものの、より研究の対象領域を拡大するためには、上記の顕在化した課題への取り組みが必須となり、それらの準備に時間を要することとなり、研究開始当初の計画どおりの展開とはなっていないなか、研究代表者の退職も重なって、廃止申請にいたった。

This year, we launched a pilot study on standardization and results of medical field education (Project No. 16K16418, 2016 Preliminary Study (B)). In the past year, the investigation of the status quo of medical photography in China and foreign countries began. The results, records and portraits of the patients were collected, recorded, studied and educated. The tips were collected, recorded and used twice. The actions of the patients were analyzed. The present situation, the purpose, the premise, the recording method, the development of the recording machine, the site, the patient and the family have not been fully understood, and the necessity of the future research is becoming more and more important.
