2022年度も、前年度に引き続き、社会で求められるソーシャルワーカー養成に資するWeb実習プログラム及びWeb実習教材の開発・運用・評価を目的として、所要の研究を推進した。その際、特に、メゾレベル、マクロレベルの視点を持ち、総合的・包括的な支援を実践できるソーシャルワーカーの育成に資するべく、多様な地域特性とそこから生じる多様な支援課題を学ぶことができることを主眼とし、そのための教材開発を見据えて、各メンバーが研究を行った。2年目の今年度は、各メンバーの所属先の地域特性を反映した支援課題（斜面地で生活する高齢者・障害者の生活支援、アイヌなど多様なルーツを持つ人びとへのソーシャルワーク）や、通常の現場実習では取り組みにくい課題（児童虐待問題や司法福祉など）など、メンバー間での討議を通じて抽出された諸課題について、実際にコンテンツ化（映像化）するために必要な研究や作業を行った。それにあたっては、初年度に検討を行ったWeb教材の基本枠組みやコンテンツに関する知見をさらに深めるべく、ソフトウェア工学の研究者にも協力を得ながら、より効果的なコンテンツ作成のための効果的な手法やそのための機器類の活用について検討を行った。それらを踏まえ、各課題のコンテンツ化のためのプログラムの作成や映像化の作業に着手しているところである。最終年度となる次年度も、引き続きその作業を継続して行うとともに、得られた知見の理論的検討を行い、それにより得られた成果の公表したい。
