2022年9月23日~10月4日 ベトナム国に渡航し、現地調査を行った。事前に、ベトナム国の現地調査協力員に対して、身体計測(身長・体重・頭囲・胸囲・体脂肪率・筋肉量・推定骨量)と体力・運動能力(握力・長座体前屈・上体起こし・反復横跳び・立ち幅跳び・垂直跳び・腕立て伏せ)の測定法を教授し、正確な調査結果が得られるよう配慮した。汚染地域であるプーカット県にて、2008年から追跡調査している第二次性徴期を迎えた小児43人を対象に身体計測(身長・体重・頭囲・胸囲・体脂肪率・筋肉量・推定骨量)と体力・運動能力(握力・長座体前屈・上体起こし・反復横跳び・立ち幅跳び・垂直跳び・腕立て伏せ)の調査を実施した。比較対照として、非汚染地区であるキンバン県にて、対象児と同年齢の小児37人に同じ、身体計測(身長・体重・頭囲・胸囲・体脂肪率・筋肉量・推定骨量)と体力・運動能力(握力・長座体前屈・上体起こし・反復横跳び・立ち幅跳び・垂直跳び・腕立て伏せ)の調査を実施した。現在、調査結果を解析中である。
September 23-October 4, 2022: National cruise and field investigation. In advance, the local survey team of the country conducted a survey on the body measurement (length, weight, head, chest, body fat percentage, muscle mass, estimated bone mass), physical strength, exercise ability (grip strength, long body bending, upper body lifting, repeated lateral jumping, vertical jumping, wrist standing), and the measurement method. In 2008, the survey was conducted on 43 persons in the second sex characteristic period of contaminated areas, including body measurement (length, weight, head, chest, body fat percentage, muscle mass, estimated bone mass) and physical strength and exercise ability (grip strength, long body forward bending, upper body lifting, repeated lateral jumping, vertical jumping, wrist standing). The survey was carried out to compare the results of the survey with those of the survey conducted in non-polluted areas, with those of the survey conducted in the same year, with body measurements (body length, weight, head height, chest height, body fat percentage, muscle mass, estimated bone mass), and with physical strength and exercise ability (grip strength, forward bending, upper body lift, repeated lateral jump, vertical jump, and wrist standing). Now, the investigation results are being analyzed.
