２０２２年度はヒアリング調査を精力的に実施し、その成果の一部を学会発表及び論文として報告した。ヒアリング調査として、性暴力被害者のためのワンストップ支援センター・支援員へのインタビューを行い、近年の性暴力被害の動向やコロナの影響、警察との連携等について詳しくうかがった。性暴力被害の相談窓口においては、相談件数は年々増加しており、とくに被害者・加害者双方の若年化の問題や家庭内での性的虐待ケースの増加といった問題点が挙げられた。一方で、内閣府男女共同参画局が実施している『男女間における暴力に関する調査』等によって明らかになっているように、性暴力被害の半数が（元）配偶者やパートナー、恋人からのものであるが、性的ＤＶの相談は依然として数が少ないということであった。では、これらの相談はＤＶ相談窓口につながっているのか。この点については引き続き今年度も調査を続けていく予定であるが、興味深いことに、国が設置している相談窓口「DV相談+（プラス）」 に寄せられた相談では２０２２年上半期は性的ＤＶに関する相談が若干の増加傾向を示している。相談内容の一部を分析したところ、「報復」や「制裁」として性的DVが行われている実態が浮かび上がってきた（内閣府男女共同参画局『「DV相談＋（プラス）事業における相談支援の分析に係る調査研究事業」報告書（令和4年度前期）』（近日公表予定））。そこで、ＤＶ被害の中でもこれまで潜在化しがちであった種々の被害が顕在化しているのではないかと考え、コロナ感染症対策に伴う外出制限等の影響について考察し、その成果を亜細亜女性法学会において発表し、また、加筆修正の上で論文としてまとめ『亜細亜女性法学』において発表した。
