２年目年度である２０２２年度は，昨年度と同様に，新型コロナ感染症の拡大の影響，所属機関の渡航制限および研究対象の建築家などのアーカイブの訪問規制などにより，現地での資料収集および調査を断念した．これにより，当初予定していた研究計画より進捗がやや遅れている．２０２２年度も渡航できなかったが，戦後アメリカ西海岸で活躍した建築家ラファエル・ソリアノに関する既に収集済みの資料や昨年度に作成した基礎資料（平面図・断面図・立面図）などをもとに，彼の言説や論考を翻訳および分析を行い，彼の建築思想の特徴を明らかにし，研究成果を論文として投稿し，日本建築学会計画系論文集に掲載された．ソリアノに関しては，思想分析の他に，内外空間の構成に関する分析なども進めている．また，１９５０年代に活躍したソリアノやピエール・コーニッグ，クレイグ・エルウッドによるケース・スタディ・ハウスの作品群を比較分析を行い，研究成果を国際シンポジウム（International Symposium on Architectural Interchange in Asia）への投稿を行った．さらに，エルウッドに関するこれらまでの研究成果を翻訳論文として，国際誌（Wiley, Japan Architectural Review）へ投稿および掲載された．なお，研究を早急に進める必要があるため，次年度の調査に向けて，アーカイブや研究機関と密接に連絡をとりながら，渡航に向けての準備を進めるとともに，国内からアーカイブなどの機関に資料の取り寄せなどを行えるように調整および計画している．

The research is urgent and necessary, and the next year's investigation is directed to the research organization and close contact, and the preparation for the transition is advanced, and the domestic research organization's data acquisition and transmission are adjusted and planned.
