项目摘要

2022年度は第一に、分析結果から得られた成果に新たな分析・調査を加え、論文にまとめた。とりわけ管弦楽曲の室内楽編曲の音楽分析を行い、19世紀の編曲が作られる際に楽器の音色（楽器の種別による音色だけではなく、音域などによって相違する音色も含む）が重要な役割を果たしていたことが明らかになった。それは単にオリジナルの管弦楽による豊かな音響変化を再現するという意味だけではなく、形式の明確化などにも寄与している。この室内楽アンサンブルへの編曲手法は、当時の室内楽の作曲技法が生かされている可能性があることから、編曲ではない室内楽作品の音響構成を考察する際に有用な参照項となるだろう。加えて、前年度までに行ったピアノ三重奏曲の研究の延長として、ピアノ三重奏曲におけるチェロの旋律的使用を分析した。ピアノを含む室内楽におけるチェロ声部の独立はかねてより注目されてきたが、チェロが楽曲中のどこで他の二つの楽器から独立して旋律を担うのかは十分に検討されていないように思われる。この点については現在、調査を続行中である。作曲家の身近に有能なチェロ奏者がいたか、公開演奏会を想定したかなども作曲法に影響すると考えられることから、十分な考察のためには作品の作曲契機や演奏機会も調査する必要があるだろう。またコロナ禍で不可能だった海外への資料調査へ赴き、これまでアクセスできていなかった手稿資料・初期印刷楽譜を調査した。2023年度は収集した楽譜資料の基づき分析を継続する。ただし2022年度中の海外調査で入手・閲覧不可能だった資料があることから、2023年度中に不足した資料を補う必要が生じた。
