『屋代本平家物語』の語句分析のために、自立語索引を巻別で作成することにした。2022年度には、2021年度に行った〈1．本文の選定〉と〈2．テキストデータ作成方針の決定〉を踏まえ、〈3．テキストデータの作成〉を継続し、〈4．自立語索引の作成〉に着手した。〈3．テキストデータの作成〉前年度の作業を継続し、テキストデータを、巻1から順次作成している。今年度から、自立語索引作成のために、文節ごとに区切りを入れる作業に着手した。〈4．自立語索引の作成〉巻1の本文について、具体的に検討した。作業の成果として「『屋代本平家物語』巻一　自立語索引」を2022年12月に公開した。見出しは、ひらがな・歴史的仮名遣いにより、濁点を適宜補って五十音順に配列した。語形は、先行文献・辞典類などを参照しつつ決定した。本文の解釈は、麻原美子・春田宣・松尾葦江編『平家物語　屋代本・高野本対照（一）』（新典社・1990年）におうところが大きい。索引本文には「國學院大學図書館デジタルライブラリー」にて公開されている画像（貴1-14,URL　https://opac.kokugakuin.ac.jp/digital/diglib/h16_08_01/mag1/pages/page001.html）を用いており、語の所在もこれに拠っている。
