项目摘要

2021年度に行ったインタビューでは、協力者の背景や問題場面についてをより詳細に語ってもらうことがケース教材作成において重要であると判明したため、2022年度は、日本語非母語話者１名に対してより詳細に聞き出すインタビューを行った。そして、スピーチレベル（普通体や丁寧体などの文末形式）に関する違和感を持った経験に関する事例を収集し、ケース教材「私はお客さんです！」を作成し、日本ケースセンターに登録を行った。また、本ケース教材を用いて日本語学習者に対して授業実践を行うとともに、学外の日本人（主に経営者や大学教員）を対象にした授業実践も行い、フィードバックを得た。また、日本語学習者のケース教材読解にかける負担を軽減させるため、学内研究費を獲得し、マンガの専門家とともに本ケース教材のマンガ化を行い、マンガケース教材を作成するという形で発展させた。作成の経緯は学会発表及び論文として公開した。また、共同研究者とともに授業分析などを用いて、より深い討議・学びを目指したケースメソッドを追究し、学会発表を計４回行った。スピーチレベル教育の理論的基盤になる待遇コミュニケーションに関しては、共同研究者４名とともに丁寧さについて調査等を行い、成果を学会発表及び研究ノートとして公開した。
