项目摘要

本年度は、淀川氾濫原を含む河内平野全域、ならびに淀川河口平野のとくに沖積層基盤地形（約３万年前）および完新世高海水準期（約6.2千年前）の海域の広がりについての研究を進めた。沖積層基盤地形については「関西圏地盤情報データベース」、および国土地盤情報検索サイト「KuniJiban」の7360本のボーリングデータから作成した柱状図断面に現れた層相変化、ボーリングデータに記載されたN値やAT火山灰層を手がかりに沖積層下限高度を読み取った。この沖積層下限高度とボーリング位置座標をGIS上で内挿補間し、沖積層基盤地形を復元した。復元された沖積層基盤地形には最終氷期最寒冷期直前の古淀川河谷や古長瀬川河谷、古西除川河谷とともに基盤ブロックの沈降部（生駒山麓西麓域）に形成された湿原が現れた。また、既知/新規の考古遺跡の地層データと考古遺物年代資料および放射性炭素年代にもとづき、堆積環境の復元およびその変遷過程を検討した。さらにその検討結果をボーリングデータから作成した柱状図断面と突き合わせ、発掘調査で明らかになっている完新世最高海水準期の鬼虎川遺跡の海岸地形の特徴や復元された当時の潮差を参考に、ボーリングデータベースから作成した柱状図断面で波食棚や海食台とみなせる平坦面、あるいは緩傾斜面を抽出し、完新世最高海水準期の海域を復元した。その海域は伊丹台地、千里丘陵、富田台地、枚方丘陵の前縁、生駒山地の西麓、上町台地の周縁に沿って広がり、淀川三川合流点付近にも到達していたと考えられる。なお、本研究成果は査読付き学術誌に投稿中である。
