2022年度は、2021年度に素地を作ることができた判決類型論についてさらに検討を深めつつ、「手続的な入念さの要請」について本格的な検討を行うための準備作業を行うことを目標としていた。まず、日本選挙学会での報告の機会を頂き、近時の「1票の較差」訴訟の最高裁判決においてみられる判決類型論や違憲の主観化の動向について、詳細に検討を加えた（報告論文が公開されている）。次に、憲法判断を含む判決類型について、違憲判決については最高裁判所裁判事務処理規則14条で正本を国会に送付することになるが、それ以外の判決類型、特に違憲状態や、「現時点では」合憲といったような形で事後是正義務を付したと理解できる合憲判断の場合に、どのような事後処理が妥当であるかを検討した。この成果は、2023年度に公刊される予定である。さらに、判決類型が日本と同じく問題となってきたドイツの選挙権関係の動向を検討し、近時の選挙制度の動向について整理する機会を得た（Voters）。さらに、その後のドイツの連邦選挙法の改革動向についても検討したが、この成果については2023年度に公刊となる予定である。そして、ドイツ連邦憲法裁判所のバイエルン憲法擁護法違憲判決（2022年4月26日判決）を詳しく検討し、情報機関の情報収集活動の憲法上の要件や、取得情報の提供の要件、そして違憲無効と違憲確認を分ける考慮要素について検討を行ったが、その成果は2023年度に報告・公刊予定である。その他、全国憲法研究会で職業の自由の規制の現代的問題について報告する機会を得た他、いくつかの依頼原稿において、実体的な権利について考察した。

The Constitutional Court's decision on the unconstitutionality of the Constitutional Support Act (April 26, 2022) was reviewed in detail, the constitutional requirements for information collection activities of information agencies, the requirements for obtaining information, the factors considered for unconstitutionality and unconstitutionality confirmation, and the results of the review were reported and published in the 2023 annual report. The National Constitution Research Association reports on the modern problems of professional freedom and regulation.
