项目摘要

「海外孫会社への知識移転に関する研究」という研究課題において、2022年度は、6つの研究実績を残すことができtあ。その内訳は、1本の学術論文と3件の学会報告、そして2件の講演である。学術論文としては、「戦略転換への既存事業の歴史の影響：日本のウイスキービジネスの事例」というタイトルで赤門マネジメントレビュー21巻3号に査読付き論文を掲載した。学会報告としては、まず国内学会の部会発表として、4月に第107回国際ビジネス研究学会の関東部会にて、「多国籍企業の知識マネジメント」というタイトルで発表を行い、全国大会としては、12月に第14回オペレーションズ・マネジメント＆ストラテジー学会で「海外工場の能力構築とその活用としての海外マザー工場」というタイトルで発表を行った。国際学会としては、8月に奈良で行われたThe 6th World Conference on Production and Operations　Management　という学会で、「The bridging role of a foreign subsidiary in the lateral knowledge transfer of Japanese MNC」というタイトルで発表した。3件の学会報告を通じて、理論的な面において海外孫会社をどのように解釈するかの方向性を定め、さらに過去の事例を海外孫会社の文脈から再解釈することを試みた。さらに今までの研究成果をまとめて、4月には東京大学のものづくりコンソーシアムで「多国籍企業は、どんな知識を、どこに移転しているのか」という講演を、9月には自動車産業研究フォーラムで「韓国自動車産業と現代自動車」という講演を行った。
