项目摘要

本研究は、意思決定における納得という概念に着目したモデルの構築とそのメカニズムを明らかにすることを目的とし、従来のサイモン理論における満足化モデルを拡張する意思決定における「納得」という概念に着目したモデルの構築を行うことを目指すものである。本研究では、１．実務家の意思決定過程データ収集のためのフィールドワークを通した意思決定過程の言語化、２．実務的意思決定の仕方に対する新しいモデルの開発、３．開発したモデルに対する妥当性の評価、の３つの研究課題を研究期間内に実施する計画である。当該年度においても、コロナウイルス感染症の影響からフィールドワークの実施が困難であったことから、昨年度から継続して意思決定における納得感を醸成するための条件について基礎研究の実施を行った。特に納得感に影響しうる心理的側面に着目し、購買行動のようなビジネス上の意思決定分析に加え、高齢者や組織におけるエンゲージメントのあり方等様々な分野における心理面の影響について調査し、納得感の概念構成に必要な情報収集を行った。以上の活動から、意思決定における納得という概念構築に必要な心理的側面における理論の整理を行うことができた。これらの成果をもとに、海外ジャーナルへの投稿、および国際会議等での発表を行った。

The above activities, rational decision-making, conceptual construction, necessary psychological background, theoretical arrangement, etc. The results of the conference, overseas contributions, and international conferences were presented.
