令和4（2022）年度は、前年度に引き続きインタビュー調査の準備に取り組みつつ、これまでの研究成果をもとに研究課題である(1)企業の従業員に対する健康づくりの接点、(2)健康文脈の形成及びヘルスリテラシー形成・変化とその要因、(3)健康づくりに資するサービスの設計手法の3点に関する理論的検討を進め、成果発表を行った。インタビュー調査の準備では、新型コロナウイルス感染防止対策等の動向や社会経済状況の変化にも留意し、調査期間や方法等について再検討を行った。また、昨年度実施した調査項目の整理検討及び調査対象候補のリスト作成についても最新の動向をふまえた検討を加え精緻化をはかった。併せて、調査実施かかる諸手続きの準備も進めた。インタビュー調査にかかる方法論や分析方法についても追加的な文献レビューを行いつつ、学術集会・研究会等での意見交換等を行った。分析方法については、意見交換等を通して、より学際的な最新の理論的実践的示唆を得ることができた。(1)～(3)の研究課題に対しては、価値共創、価値共創型マーケティング、サービス・マーケティング、経営戦略、健康経営、従業員の健康づくり、健康教育・ヘルスリテラシー教育の各分野における関連研究の文献の収集検討と学術集会・研究会等での意見交換等を行ない、理論的実践的検討を進めた。文献調査検討では、接点づくり、文脈形成と文脈価値、サービス展開のエコシステムの要素、エコシステムが機能するリーダーシップ、健康経営の取り組みと社会的価値に関する最新の理論的実践的動向と、従業員の健康づくり、健康教育・ヘルスリテラシー教育について最新の理論的政策的な動向や手法・評価に関する文献レビュー等を継続して行なった。その成果の一部を学会発表している。

In the Linghe 4 (2022) fiscal year, we will focus on the preparations for the five-year survey and the research results in the previous year. There are three research topics to be discussed: (1) the connection between health and health for employees of enterprises,(2) the formation, transformation and key factors of health context and social support, and (3) the theoretical discussion on the three points of design methods for health and health resources. The results are presented in the table below. The preparation of the investigation, the development of new measures for the prevention of infection, the change of social economic conditions, the investigation period and methods, etc., are discussed again. Last year's implementation of the survey project review and survey candidate preparation, the latest trends, review, refinement, etc. And the investigation of the implementation of the Research, methodology, analytical methods, additional documents, conferences, seminars, etc., exchange of views, etc. Analysis methods, exchange of opinions, etc., are communicated, and the latest theoretical practice is demonstrated. (1)(3) The research topic is related to the discussion of literature collection, academic meeting, research meeting, etc., and the discussion of theoretical practice. Literature Review: Trends in the implementation of the latest theories, trends in the implementation Health education, literature review, etc. A part of the results of the study was published.
