令和4年度においても新型コロナウイルスの影響により、予定していた地域ボランティア養成講座を修了した地域ボランティア参加型の介護予防教室を実施することは困難であった。一方、地域ボランティア育成講座は予定通り開催され、新たに14名のボランティアの育成の終了に至った。互助活動である地域サロン活動やオレンジカフェでの活動も、人数制限されてはいるが、開催されている。地域ボランティア参加型の介護予防教室の開催が困難であることから、過去に介護予防教室および地域ボランティア養成講座に参加した方を対象に、体力測定を実施し、現在のボランティア活動に関する調査を行った。計89名の参加があり、43名が地域ボランティア活動を継続して実施していることが把握できた。次年度の調査において、互助活動であるオレンジカフェや地域サロンといったボランティア活動の継続が、健康に与える効果について検討したく考える。また、過去に介護予防教室に参加した地域高齢者を対象に、地域ボランティアに関する文献検索も昨年度に続き継続している。
