项目摘要

本研究では，健康格差の中でも特に食生活に焦点をあてて、近年の日本で経済的状況と食生活との関連がどのように推移していったかを検証することを目的とする。具体的には、①2004年～2014年の高齢者における経済的状況と食行動との関連の推移の検証、②2011年～2018年の成人・高齢者における経済的状況と食行動との関連の推移の検証、③2010年～2018年の全世代における経済的状況と食品・栄養摂取量との関連の推移の検証、を実施する予定である。令和4年度は、①2004年～2014年の高齢者における経済的状況と食行動との関連の推移の検証、および③2010年～2018年の全世代における経済的状況と食品・栄養摂取量との関連の推移の検証の事前準備を行った。日常生活に関する意識調査のデータを基に①2004年～2014年の高齢者における経済的状況と食行動との関連の推移の検証の結果、2004年から2014年の高齢者の食生活（食生活満足度、主観的食事バランスの良さ）の経済状況による格差は横ばいであった。また、③2010年～2018年の全世代における経済的状況と食品・栄養摂取量との関連の推移の検証の事前準備として、公開されている国民健康・栄養調査の報告書の数値を基に、2010年～2018年の経済状況による食生活や健康行動の格差を確認した結果、有意な変化は見られなかった。

This study focuses on the relationship between health status and food life in Japan in recent years. Specific information includes: (1) evidence of the change in the relationship between food consumption and behavior of the elderly from 2004 to 2014;(2) evidence of the change in the relationship between food consumption and behavior of the elderly from 2011 to 2018;(3) evidence of the change in the relationship between food consumption and behavior of the elderly from 2010 to 2018; and (4) evidence of the change in the relationship between food consumption and behavior of the elderly from 2010 to 2018. In 2004 and 2014, the state of the food industry and the related changes in food production were examined, and in 2010 and 2018, the state of the food industry and the related changes in food production and nutrition were examined. The results of daily life related awareness survey showed that: (1) the results of the examination of the relationship between the status of food and behavior of the elderly from 2004 to 2014; and (2) the differences between the status of food and behavior of the elderly from 2004 to 2014. (3) Preparation and disclosure of data from the National Health and Nutrition Survey Report on the state of the economy, food intake, and relationship between the whole generation from 2010 to 2018; confirmation of the difference in the state of the economy, food intake, and health actions from 2010 to 2018; and
