令和4年度から5年度にかけて、全国の医療安全対策加算1および2の算定全施設4,032施設に郵送にて協力依頼を行った。令和４年5月15日現在、約330施設から協力を得ることができている。協力依頼をした項目は①AHRQ開発、種田氏翻訳の医療安全文化醸成度測定調査、②京都大学医療経済学分野の研究チーム開発の組織安全文化調査、③欧米内科3学会提唱による倫理観・プロフェッショナリズムに関する調査である。2022年度は、調査協力の有無についての依頼・確認であり、2023年度以降は調査協力施設に対して、①から③の調査票を送付し（電子的に調査を実施予定）、１）医療安全文化醸成度と医療安全管理体制等参加病院の属性との関連性、２）医療安全文化醸成度と医師の倫理観・プロフェッショナリズムとの関連性、３）医療安全文化醸成度と京大版安全文化調査との関連性、４）医療安全文化醸成度と米欧内科学会の提唱する医師憲章との関連性を検証し、協力施設には施設ごとの解析結果を調査レポートにて報告し、要望のあった施設に対しては直接報告会を実施していく。また、研究分担者と解析方法等の打ち合わせを実施し、今後の対策について検討した。さらに、研究分担者とともに、第24回日本医療マネジメント学会学術総会を含め、３学会に参加して、本研究の意義や一部結果を報告した。

We will continue to investigate and discuss future strategies for the implementation of research and analysis methods. The 24th Academic Conference of the Japan Medical Association was held in Beijing.
