自治体における医療費分析方法の実態を明らかにするため、国民健康保険被保険者数1万人以上の関東件197自治体に対しアンケート調査およびデータ収集を行った。アンケート回収数54（回収率27.4％）、KDBデータ収集数32（16.2％）であった。現在アンケートの集計中であるが、年齢調整医療費を用いて医療費分析を実施しているのは１自治体（1.9％）のみであり、引き続きその要因等について解析を進めていく必要がある。医療費分析アプリケーション試作版における構築を機能要件を整理しながら業者と開始し、疾病別1人当たり医療費、疾病別千人あたり医療費、地域差指数など、年齢調整をした解析を開発中である。
