腸内細菌叢の形成過程には、母子伝播や出産形態、授乳形態などの因子が大きく関与する。母親の腸内細菌叢のバランスが崩れた状態（Dysbiosis）の改善は、児の腸内細菌構成の適正化に寄与し将来的な肥満、生活習慣病、精神神経疾患などの発症予防として重要である。妊娠適齢期女性への腸内細菌叢構成のdysbiosis是正のための栄養教育の展開は、腸内細菌叢構成のdysbiosisの早期発見および改善によって、児の腸内細菌叢定着の適正化につながり、さらに母体のうつ病などの深刻な精神疾患の発症予防にも寄与する可能性が高い。よって本研究では、妊娠適齢期女性の腸内細菌叢のDysbiosisの状況を把握し、腸内細菌叢の適正化のための栄養マネージメントプログラムを構築し、妊娠前より腸内細菌叢是正のためのアプローチを促進することを目的とする。本年度は腸内細菌会社の検査受け入れ状況が大変混んでいる為、受け入れ不可能とのことで腸内細菌、短鎖脂肪酸の検査は断念せざるを得なかった。この検査が本研究の核心の検査項目となるため、研究全体のスケジュールを検査会社の受け入れ時期に合わせ、半年ほど遅らせて予約し、受け入れ目途は既についている。腸内細菌関係の検査スケジュールの変更は仕方がない為、今年度はそれ以外の準備を完璧に整えた。検査協力者数はすでに募集をし必要な対象者は確保している。また、それ以外の倫理委員会の承認の取り付けも終え、方法論の微調整も変更承認されている。糞便以外の検査についても容器などの手配、測定方法の確認などを入念に行い、実施体制を整えており、検査会社との契約時期が来れば確実に実行出来る状況にある。
