本研究は、血液腫瘍を対象としてがん治療医とプライマリ・ケア医の適切な連携ツールを開発することでがん診療の向上に寄与することを目的に立案した。その第１段階として、血液疾患診療においてプライマリ・ケア医がどのような困難感や疑問を抱いているか明らかにすることが重要と考えた。そのため日本プライマリ・ケア連合学会のメーリングリストを用いたWebアンケートを計画した。アンケートの対象者は全国の医師免許取得後３年以上で、日本プライマリ・ケア連合学会のメーリングリストに登録している医師（約1万名、専門領域や勤務施設の規模は問わない）に設定した。アンケートの内容は次の①～③に大きく分けられる。①回答者の属性（年齢、性別、卒後年数、標榜診療科、勤務施設の所在地・規模）について、②血液疾患を疑って血液専門医に紹介する際の疑問点や困難感について、③は血液専門医から血液疾患患者のフォローを依頼された際の疑問点や困難感についてである。②および③は具体的な疑問点や困難感を明らかにするため自由記載形式を中心とした。2022年度前半は先行研究の検索やこのアンケート内容の立案に充てた。アンケートの具体的内容を固めた後、鳥取大学医学部における倫理審査を経る中でアンケート内容をブラッシュアップし、日本プライマリ・ケア連合学会の倫理審査を経た後、2023年2月下旬から3月下旬までの4週間を回答期限として実施した。結果として92名からの回答を得た。

The aim of this study is to develop a diagnosis and treatment system for hematologic tumors. The first stage of the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases is important. Specific questions, difficulties, and free forms In the first half of 2022, the research and development of advanced research will be completed. After the completion of the ethics review conducted by Tottori University School of Medicine, the ethics review conducted by Japan Institute of Ethics will be completed within 4 weeks from late February to late March 2023. 92 responses were received.
