腎疾患患者の症状は様々だが気づけれないことが多い。我々は患者報告型アウトカムを日々の症状の測定に応用すること、さらにこれら症状が社会参加や社会との関連におよぼす影響を調べたいと考えている。上記のことから1.腎透析患者の日々の症状の測定法の開発と検証 2.症状の透析日・非透析日の相違の評価と活動量・社会参加との関係性の疫学的分析を課題として挙げていた。腎疾患の日々の症状を測定する尺度としてESASr renal（Davison SN, Kidney International, 2006年)）を採用し、その原著者の許可を得てバックトランスレーションの手続きを経て邦訳版を作成し、再度最終版についても原著者の所属するUniversity of Albertaから使用許可を得た。現在はESASr renalを用いた妥当性と信頼性の評価を保存期慢性腎臓病の各ステージおよび透析期の患者を対象に検討している。またESASr renalのこれら評価と合わせて、健康関連HOPE尺度(Kurita N, The Journal of Nutrition, Health & Aging 2021)や社会関連性指標Index of social interaction、ISI(Anme T, Geriatr Gerontol Int 2017)、との関連を検討する予定としている。なお、各アンケートの使用許可は著者より得ている。

The present study is aimed at evaluating the appropriateness and reliability of ESA renal use in patients with chronic kidney disease during storage and dialysis. Also, the evaluation and integration of ESASr renal, the health-related HOPE scale (Kurita N, The Journal of Nutrition, Health & Aging 2021), the Index of social interaction, ISI(Anme T, Geriatr Gerontol Int 2017), and the correlation will be discussed and determined.
