本研究は、新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種前後の血清において、膠原病関連疾患に罹患している患者に投与されている疾患修飾性抗リウマチ薬やステロイドの数や量、疾患の種類や重症度、年齢総などの背景因子によって、 ワクチンにより得られる抗新型コロナウイルス抗体価（血清中の濃度）上昇に差があるか 、またワクチン接種による副反応や疾患活動性の変化が生じるかを評価することを目的とした前向きコホート研究である。東京都内総合病院と埼玉県内にある膠原病専門内科医院の2施設で患者登録を行い、2023年3月までに登録された膠原病関連症例数は合計358例で、受診科の内訳は膠原病・リウマチ関連症例259例、呼吸器病関連 99例であった。3回目のワクチン（ブースター）接種前より、膠原病関連症例の対象として病院勤務者の取り込みも行い、210名が登録された。4回目接種の施行 に伴い、研究期間の延長の承諾を得て追跡可能であった研究参加者からは 4回目接種後まで血清検体の収集を行った。このうち、膠原病関連症例のワクチン2回 目接種直後、2回目接種から半年後または3回目接種直前、3回目接種直後の血清検体における新型コロナウイルスの抗スパイク（S）蛋白に対するIgG抗体価を比較したところ、3回目接種直後の抗体価は、2回目接種後の抗体価と比較して治療薬によらず高い傾向が認められた。臨床・疫学的背景因子の詳細、投薬内容を含めたデータ解析を進めている。

In this study, the serum levels of anti-novel anti-collagen antibodies before and after vaccination, and the number, severity, age, and background factors of anti-novel anti-collagen antibodies administered to patients suffering from collagen-related diseases increased significantly. The aim of this study is to evaluate the role of vaccination in the development of disease activity. In March 2023, the total number of collagen disease-related cases registered at 2 facilities of the Collagen Disease Department of Internal Medicine Hospital of Tokyo Metropolitan Government Hospital was 358 cases, 259 cases of collagen disease-related cases and 99 cases of respiratory disease-related cases. 3.
