2022年度は「当直（夜勤）時間帯の睡眠実態調査」を開始した。倫理委員会の承認後、研究協力医療施設にて被検者の募集を行った。本調査は、調査協力医療機関に常勤で勤務し、月に1回以上の当直もしくは夜勤を行っている医師を対象とした観察研究である。被検者の募集は研究協力医療機関の医局や職員ロッカー付近にポスターを掲示して行った。ポスターを見た医師から、2022年度中に10名の問い合わせがあった。問い合わせをいただいた医師に対して、書面および口頭による説明を行い、同意が得られたものから順次観察を開始した。被検者には、当直もしくは夜勤中にウェアラブルディバイスを装着していただき、睡眠状態（就寝時刻、起床時刻、睡眠時間、睡眠深度）を6回以上測定していただいた。加えて、当直もしくは夜勤前後の自覚症状（疲労の程度）に関する自己記入式質問票にも記入していただいた。被検者の募集開始が2023年2月であったため、2022年度末時点では測定修了者はいない。次年度実施予定の「医師向けの勤務環境改善に関する学修ツールと支援ツールの開発」に向けた検討を開始した。まず、分担研究者や医療機関勤務環境マネジメントシステム研究会のメンバーとの打ち合わせを行った。さらに、メンバーから紹介されたオンラインツール関連企業や有識者から、開発のノウハウや実施可能性などについて複数回のオンライン打ち合わせを行い、助言を得た。オンラインツールは開発することよりも継続して実施してもらうための方法の検討が重要であることなど、今後の検討課題が明確になった。

The next year, the "Physician's Study and Support for Service Environment Improvement" was launched. The research team will be responsible for the research and development of medical institutions. In addition, related enterprises, such as those with insight, development and implementation possibilities, are also involved in the implementation of multi-loop cooperation. It is important to discuss the methods of implementation and future research issues.
