令和4年度の検診は, 京丹後市丹後町(10月1日), 宮津市日置地区(10月15日), 伊根町(11月13日)で一次検診を, 京都府立医科大学附属北部医療センターで二次検診を行なった. 対象は過去4回(平成26年, 平成28年, 平成30年, 令和2年)の検診受診者とし, 新規の募集は行わなかった. 一次検診の内容としては, (1)医師による神経診察, (2)臨床心理士等による心理検査, (3)管理栄養士等による栄養調査, (4)理学療法士による体力測定, (5)保健師等による問診・血圧測定, (6)身体測定(身長・体重・ＢＭＩ), を行なった. 一次検診の結果精密検査が望ましいと評価された場合に二次検診を実施した。二次健診の内容は, (1) 頭部ＭＲＩ検査, (2) 骨密度測定（腰椎・大腿骨）, (3)採血（遺伝子の遺伝子型の検査）(初回のみ), (4) 血管年齢測定, (5) 臨床心理士によるＣＤＲ判定(配偶者等同伴), (6) 医師による神経診察及び検査結果説明, を行なった.結果として, 京丹後市丹後町で実施した一次検診には対象者70名のうち27名 (38.6 %)が参加した。宮津市日置地区で実施した一次検診には対象者44名のうち23名 (52.3 %)が参加した。伊根町で実施した一次検診には対象者52名のうち32名 (61.5 %)が参加した。一次検診の参加は対象者166名のうち82名(49.4%)であった。二次検診には合計で17名が対象に選出され、うち14名(82.4%)が参加した。現在結果について解析中である。

The first consultation in the fourth year, Tango-cho, Keidanko (October 1), Hiki, Miyazu-shi (October 15), Egan-cho (November 13), and the second consultation in the Kita-ku Medical Center affiliated to Kyoto Prefectural Medical University. For the past 4 years (Heisei 26, Heisei 28, Heisei 30, Reiwa 2), the new regulations were issued. The contents of a primary examination include: (1) psychological examination by a physician, (2) psychological examination by a clinical psychologist, etc., (3) nursing investigation by a management nurse, etc., (4) physical strength measurement by a physiotherapist, (5) consultation and blood pressure measurement by a health care practitioner, etc., (6) body measurement (length, weight, BMI), etc. The results of the first inspection are precisely checked and evaluated. The second inspection is carried out. The contents of the second health examination include: (1) head MRI examination, (2) bone densitometry (lumbar spine and thigh bone), (3) blood sampling (genetic analysis)(initial diagnosis), (4) vascular age measurement, (5) CDR determination (spouse and other partners) by clinical psychologist, (6) explanation of the results of the examination by the doctor. The results showed that 70 out of 27 (38.6%) participants participated in the first consultation in Tangocho, Kyoto. 44 respondents (52.3%) participated in the first round of consultation in Miyazu City 52 people (61.5%) participated in the first consultation in Egan Town. 82 (49.4%) of the 166 participants participated in the first examination. A total of 17 candidates were selected for the second examination, and 14 (82.4%) participated. Now the result is in the analysis.
