口腔ケアは,重要な日常生活援助の一つであり,誤嚥性肺炎の感染予防や基礎疾患などの予防効果,全身への影響が明らかとなっている.しかし,口腔ケアは看護師の技術力が影響しており,看護師や施設ごとで使用する物品や口腔ケア方法は統一されておらず個人差がある.また,国内では看護師の口腔ケアにおける統一したガイドラインは存在しない.看護基礎教育では,学内演習では基本的な技術の学習に留まり,コロナ禍での感染対策がされる中,臨地実習の中止や縮小が余儀なくされ,より一層看護学生の口腔ケアの機会が減少していると考えられる.看護学生は,未熟な知識や技術な上,アセスメントや実践する能力がないまま臨床現場に就職し患者の口腔ケアに携わることは大きな課題である.本研究では,最終的に看護基礎教育課程における学生に対して,ARアプリを活用して口腔ケアの効果的な学習モデルの開発をして教育の効果を検証する.本研究は,一次研究（臨床現場における看護師の口腔ケアの調査）と二次研究（看護教員に対する看護基礎教育における口腔ケアに関する調査）を行い,その結果に基づき口腔ケアの学習プログラムとARアプリを作成し,学習モデルを開発する.2022年度は,一次研究・二次研究を実施する計画であった.しかし,調査実施までには至らず,臨床現場と看護基礎教育課程における口腔ケアの知識や技術の実態調査に向け,効果的な学習モデル作成に必要な口腔ケア項目を有識者から意見を戴き,質問紙作成と対象者の選定をし,一次研究・二次研究を実施するために倫理委員会に申請し承認を得たところでとどまっている.作成した質問紙は,口腔ケアの知識項目（56問）,技術項目（21問）と施設概要・対象者の属性である.

In China, nurses 'oral cavity is not uniform. Basic nursing education, in-school exercises, basic skills learning, infection control, temporary practice, termination, reduction of residual equipment, one-level nursing students 'oral health opportunities. Nursing students are inexperienced in knowledge, skills, and practical skills. They work in the clinical field, and they work in the oral cavity of patients. This study aims to explore the effects of AR on the development of oral learning and education for students in the final nursing basic education curriculum. This study was conducted as a primary study (survey of oral health among clinical nurses) and a secondary study (survey of oral health among nursing teachers). The results showed that oral health education was based on oral health education and AR development. In 2022, the primary study and secondary study were conducted. In the field of investigation, the knowledge and technology of oral cavity in clinical field and nursing basic education curriculum are investigated in practice, and the results are studied. The necessary oral cavity items are prepared. The opinions of knowledgeable people are submitted. The questionnaire is prepared. The target person is selected. The first study and the second study are carried out. The ethics committee is applied for recognition.
