本研究の目的は「看護師の健康に影響を与える仕事への態度尺度」の開発および信頼性・妥当性の検証と関連要因を検証することである。今年度は、前述の尺度開発と信頼性・妥当性の検討を研究計画として遂行した。昨年までの段階で本尺度における概念について概念分析および面接調査に基づいて構成概念を検討し、構成概念に基づいて作成した尺度のプレテストまでは完了していた。そのため、今年度はプレテストの結果によって構成した尺度を用いて、一般病床500床以上かつ病院機能評価認定施設で就業している看護師を対象として本調査および再テスト法の実施によって最終的な尺度の信頼性・妥当性を検討した。その結果、1847名に質問紙を配布し、811名からの返送が得られ（回収率43.9％）、最終的に797名（有効回答率43.1％）を分析対象とした。項目分析において天井効果・床効果、G-P分析、I-T相関を確認して探索的因子分析を行ったところ、5因子構造の尺度となった。各因子のCronbach’s α係数にて信頼性が保たれ、因子の解釈可能性や因子の個数に関しても妥当性が確認された。再テスト法の結果から尺度の安定性が確認され、基準関連妥当性においても外部基準との併存性が確認された。構成概念妥当性において確証的因子分析を行った結果、適合度指標ではGFI＝0.9、AGFI＝0.872、CFI＝0.908、RMSEA＝0.068であり、尺度構造としても妥当性が確認された。最終的な尺度構造は＜意思をもった行動への迷い＞、＜看護師としての在り方への戸惑い＞、＜周囲からの評価への気がかり＞、＜自分自身は後回し＞、＜本心を抑えた我慢＞の5下位尺度22項目版として構成された。
