本研究の目的は、『学習者中心の教育』の実現を重視した看護技術学習プログラムを開発し、評価することである。『学習者中心の教育』とは、学習者が中心となって学ぶことに価値をおき、学習者が自らの課題、目標を定め、自らのペースで学習し、その成果を自ら評価することを重視する学習モデルのことであり、このような学習者の能動性を重視する教育には、足場かけやリフレクションなどの要素を組み込む事前の綿密な授業設計が必須である。そこで、2022年度は学習者にとって習得が困難かつ学習機会が制限される採血に焦点をあて、採血技術の知識と技能、技術習得の学び方の習得を目標とした学習プログラムの完成を目指した。学習プログラムの作成に先立ち、これまで考案した学習プログラム案の試行結果の検討と文献検討を行った結果、より学習者が能動的に学習に取り組むことができるための要素を組み入れる必要があるなど、現行のプログラム案の課題が明らかとなった。また開発したプログラムの有効性を客観的に評価するためには、これまで計画していた一群事前事後研究デザインから比較対象研究デザインへの研究デザインの見直しとともに主要評価と副次評価項目の分離、対象者数の検討が必要と判断した。現在、より学習者の能動性を引き出しながら看護技術の知識・技術・態度の獲得が可能であり、かつ他の看護技術に応用可能、評価可能な学習プログラムの作成および評価方法の選定に向けた検討をしている。

The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate the implementation of learner-centered education. The preparation of the learning platform is based on the premise that the test case is tested, the trial results of the learning platform are discussed, the results of the literature review are discussed, the learners are active, the learning platform is selected, the elements are grouped, and the problems of the current learning platform are clarified. A group of ex ante and ex post studies were carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the project. Now, the learner's initiative is introduced, and the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and attitudes in nursing technology is possible, and the use of other nursing technology is possible, and the possibility of learning is evaluated.
