科学的根拠に基づく看護実践のために，フィジカルアセスメント，薬理学，病態生理学等は，看護学基礎教育においても強化の必要がある．特に薬理学はその知識が，学士教育課程の演習や実習の中で“活用し身につく”機会が少ない．また，看護系大学の急増により，教育の人材不足は深刻である．上記の背景を踏まえ，本研究では『看護実践を支える臨床判断力のコアとなる「薬理学」の知識・技能を強化した看護師育成を可能とする教育方法・教育プログラムの探索』を目的としている．当該年度は，研究実施計画の中の，【調査４】医療系学部における効果的な薬理学教育方法の探索，について，①薬理学教育において効果を上げている教育方法，ユニークな教育方法を取り入れている教育機関をピックアップし，可能であれば実際の教育方法の視察を行う．②並行して国内外の薬理学教育の文献・書籍・教科書・資料・大学HP Web情報などを調査・入手し，知見を整理・精査し，教育方法や教育プログラムの示唆を得る．の一環として，まず，国内の4年制大学，看護学部における薬理学教育について，各大学ホームページ，シラバス，掲載されている教科書，書籍などから，教育内容，教育方法の調査に着手している．調査が終了次第，内容の整理を行い，次に看護学部以外の医療系学部における薬理学教育について，調査を拡大する．並行して，国内の看護学における薬理学教育に関する論文検索、論文検討を行っている。これも、国内の文献調査・知見の整理が終了したら，国外の看護学部における薬理学教育に関しての調査を行う。
