项目摘要

看護師にとって倫理実践能力の重要性は自明であり、病院の看護師の卒後教育においても倫理教育が実施されている。しかし、教育内容の中心は倫理問題が発生した際の問題解決能力の育成であり、患者の尊厳を保つことや敬意のこもった看護は、“当然のこと”とされ、看護師個人の裁量にまかされている現状がある。しかし、尊厳は失われた時にはじめて実感される性質があると言われるように、医療者からみた実態がわかりにくいことや医療現場の煩雑さなどから、患者の尊厳を保つことには困難さがあることは否めない。本研究の目的は、臨床看護師が患者の尊厳を守り敬意のこもった看護を実践するためのプログラムの開発と検証である。2022年～2023年にかけての研究計画は、研究を遂行するために研究協力病院と交渉し、施設内に研究推進グループを作り、研究者らのこれまでの研究成果をもとに本研究の第1段階の検討・調査（研究者らが作成した看護学生教育プログラムを推進グループと共有し、看護師の視点からみた臨床現場における問題点について検討し、フォーカスグループインタビューを行う）を行うことである。2022年度は、研究協力病院に依頼を行い、研究協力の承諾を得て研究推進グループリーダーを決定した。その後、研究協力病院と相談し、研究推進グループ及び協力病棟の選定などについて検討を行っている。コロナ禍ということもあり、病院内での研究実施にあたり、感染予防対策など慎重にすすめている。
