本研究の目的は看護系大学の新任助教の能力開発支援プログラム(以下、プログラムとする)を看護系大学に実装することで、その有効性と実用性を検証すること、および新任助教の変容学習のプロセスを記述することである。既存のFD支援ツールを新任助教に焦点化して具体化し、それをメンタリング・プログラムと合わせて実装し評価することにより、新任助教の効果的な能力開発、ひいては看護基礎教育の質向上に寄与することができる。研究初年度である今年度の目標は、先行研究で作成した「看護系大学の新任助教のための能力開発支援ツール(以下、ツール)」の実装研究にむけて、ツールを活用するためのホームページの作成、およびツールの一部であるメンタリングガイドブックを作成することであった。ホームページ作成では、研究協力者である新任助教が大学教員としての能力の自己評価をルーブリックを用いて行い、その結果をメンターと共有し今後の能力開発上の課題を共有する一連のプロセスを支援するサイトを立ち上げた。入力のしやすさやアウトプット資料のわかりやすさを研究班で検討し、実装している。現在は、試行調査のためのWEB活用マニュアルの作成に着手している。また、メンタリングガイドブックも研究分担者の合田が作成したガイドブックを数度の検討のもと修正し最終版の作成を行っているところである。プログラムの実装研究を行うための基盤となるツールとWEBシステムが整備されたため、2023年度はツールの評価を行うための質問紙を作成する。また、研究協力校をリクルートするための情報発信を関連学会で行う予定である。
