项目摘要

2022年（令和4年）4月～2023年（令和5年）3月までは，研究の第一段階である「前立腺全摘除術後患者とそのパートナー各々に面接調査を行い，患者とパートナーとがどのように相互作用をしながらレジリエンスを高めているかを明らかにする」ことを目標としていた。しかし，新型コロナウィルスの影響による安全面への配慮および継続的な複数回の面接調査の実施が困難であることから面接調査には至っていない状況である。また，共同研究者と研究会議（オンライン）を実施し，今後の方向性について検討しているところである。現在は，患者を対象とした面接調査開始時期の見極めが困難なことから，前立腺全摘除術を受けるがん患者と生活を共にするパートナーの体験に関する統合的文献レビューを進めている。分析手法には，Whittemore & Knafl による総合的文献レビューアプローチを用い，文献検索には，質的PICoRQ（レビュークエスチョン）を設定し，国内外の文献を対象として収集を行った。収集した文献は，Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT)を活用して選定を行い，文献検討した結果は，第42回日本看護科学学会学術集会で発表した。
