近年、医療保健福祉における多職種連携の重要性は増しており、異なる学問的背景を持つ専門職の集まりである多様性のある多職種チームでは、互いの専門性を結集させ、患者個別の複雑な問題に対応することが求められている。本研究は、精神科医療における多職種連携の実態を明らかにし、その効果に影響を及ぼす要因を解明し、多職種連携を評価する尺度を開発し、より良い多職種連携を実現するための具体的方法を提言することが目的である。予備調査として2021年度に精神科看護師精神科医療の多職種連携のチームワーク評価に関する項目を作成し、精神科看護師35名を対象とした面接調査により61ケースを収集し、質問項目を洗練した。2022年度は、作成した尺度案を用いて、精神科医療を中心とした多職種連携の実態把握とその効果に影響する要因の解明を目的に「精神科医療と精神科以外の診療科における多職種連携のチームワークの比較に関する研究」として、精神科と他科の入院病棟に勤務している看護師549名（回収率81.7％）にアンケート調査を行った。調査結果では、多職種連携の成果に直接または間接的に影響を及ぼすプロセス要因には目標・計画・役割分担の共有などの「治療過程」、点検評価や適切な意思決定などの「意思決定因子」、多職種チーム内の一体感や信頼関係などの「チームの凝集性」があり、多職種連携のプロセスの問題には「コミュニケーション問題」「カンファレンス問題」「チームの機能不全問題」「多職種チーム外問題」があることが明らかになった。このうち「チームの凝集性」は「意思決定因子」に対し、極めて大きい影響力を持っており、成果に間接的な影響を及ぼしていた。精神科と他の診療科の相違については、現在分析を進めている。
